Digital drawings
I went to meet Derby based contributor to Drawing Paper 2, Kate Smith last October. She was working on some very interesting digital drawings using a digital tablet / pen on digital ‘canvas’ of 101.6 x 137.2 cm using ‘real’ pencil tool. She sent me the finished drawings recently – I’m amazed at how realistic the marks look.
Kate and her pals are always doing loads of interesting drawing events in and around Derby so if you’re in that area go and get involved.
